Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

If you created your account with Google or Apple, sign in with that same button — signing up again with an email address creates a new account and won't find your progress.

Everything about your account lives in Settings, reachable from your profile. Language and other app preferences are under Settings → Preferences.

First check that notifications are allowed for Stoccer in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Stoccer; Android: Settings → Apps → Stoccer → Notifications).

Then confirm your notification preferences inside the app. If they're still missing after that, email us with your username and device model and we'll look into it.

You earn points from the real matches played by the clubs you hold. Wins, draws, goals scored, goals conceded and clean sheets all count, and the total is multiplied by how many units you own.

Multipliers depend on the competition, how hard the match was and how long you've been holding the club.

No. Stoccer is a free fantasy game. Club units, coins and every other in-game item are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be bought with or exchanged for real money. There is no wagering and there are no cash prizes.

Stoccer is not affiliated with any sports club or national team.

Results are imported automatically from our data provider shortly after the final whistle, so points can take a little while to appear.

If a match still looks wrong hours later, email us the clubs involved, the match date and your username, and we'll check it.

You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. We process the request in line with applicable data protection laws.

Stoccer runs in any browser and can also be installed on your phone's home screen.
